Traditional Poled Marquees

Vintage Look, Modern Materials

If you prefer a more vintage look to a marquee, then a pole tent might suit your requirements. Ideal on hot summer days, the high roof section of a pole tent provides a cool and airy interior, and the exterior really typifies the English country garden marquee. These structures are available in 40ft (c.12m) and 50ft (c.15m) widths and can be made as long as is necessary to accommodate your requirements.

They have floor to apex poles down the centre (‘King’ poles), and external guy ropes to hold the side (‘Jack’) poles in place. Because of the latter these marquees are only really suited for soft ground / grass where we can use ground stakes.

Our high-tension poled marquees have the aesthetic appeal of ‘old style’ canvas poled tents, but are superior through the use of modern materials. They provide a more stable structure with fewer guy ropes and side poles whilst being made of the finest PVC coated canvas, which is kept squeaky clean, a high priority for us to ensure your marquee looks perfect on the day.

We are able to provide windows, double opening doors, soft and hard floorings, interior linings (traditional ivory, fibre optic nightsky, or even bespoke) and a variable leg height up to 8ft for all of our poled structures.

Euro 2000

The ‘Euro 2000’ pole tent is one of the most beautiful and elegant structures in today’s market place. The high tension roof and swooping lines provide a most impressive exterior guaranteed to provide a grand centre-piece for any event. The interior gives an amazing sense of space, and the vaulted roof section gives this structure the ability to look amazing whether lined with drapes or not.

Available in 50ft single pole and the stunning twin pole 80ft profile, it can be erected on a choice of 7ft or 8ft legs, and it can extend up to 200ft in length, catering for very large capacities (making them ideal for Asian weddings, festivals or country shows).

Due to its high tension construction, it is wind loaded to over 80mph with minimal noise in windy conditions. The Euro is an ideal choice when acoustics are important, making it the first choice for musical events. It also surpasses B.S. 6399.
